By purchasing from Martita’s Dulcería, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled after processing has begun.

Processing Time

All orders require 4–5 business days to be prepared and shipped. Processing times may increase during holidays, promotions, or high order volume.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and location.

Martita’s Dulcería is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once the package has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

Product Information

Our dulces enchilados and chamoy products may contain ingredients that could trigger allergies. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and purchasing at their own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Martita’s Dulcería is not responsible for any allergic reactions, misuse of products, or damages resulting from the consumption of our products.
